The fine print:
***A fee of $25 or 25%, whichever is higher, may apply to motel units if adequate notice of cancellation is not provided.
(1) Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to change. $10 per person/per night over 2 people, children under 16 free.
(2) Holiday rates are the same as Friday/Saturday rates and apply to Sunday on Holiday weekends if the holiday falls on a Monday.
(3) We reserve the right to require a minimum number of nights stay during the summer season.
(4) We offer a 10% Veterans Discount. Please mention when making reservation, and before we run your credit card.
(6) A 5.7% Massachusetts room occupancy tax is applicable to your motel reservation up to Sept. 30, 2023. The Town of Becket tax is applicable starting Oct. 1, 2023 for a total room service tax of 11.7%.
